摘要
事故是日常生活中的和安全科学中的常用术语,通过对事故重新定义,指出它是一种造成危害的现象并存在于科学技术的三个层次之中,应该是安全科学研究的基本范畴之一。
The concept of Accident is a term used both in our daily life and in the science of safety. It is an appearance and running through three administrative levels of the Safety Science. By redefining Accident, it will become one of the basic category in the Safety Science Study.
