摘要
本文包括概述、煤炭工业安全生产及安全科学技术现状、九十年代我国煤炭工业安全工作的未来和结束语四个部分。文中简述了我国煤炭工业的发展过程、取得的成就和当今发展煤炭工业的政策;详细介绍了我国煤矿安全生产各个方面的科技现状,揭示了尚未解决的问题;对九十年代我国煤炭工业的安全生产工作,提出了奋斗目标、指导原则和安全工作的手段与方法;同时指出九十年代煤炭工业安全技术向综合化、设备安全化发展的方向,并提出了实现煤矿安全生产的保证措施。
Composing of four parts of general description, the present status of the safety production and safety technology of coal industry, the future of safety of China's coal industry in 90s and concluding remarks, the paper describes in general the developing of China's coal industry, its achievements and the policies for developing coal industry, introduce in detail the present status of technology of safety production and the problems to be solved. Also in the paper the objective and guiding principle for safety production in 90s as well as the measures and methods for safety production are proposed, and the future trend of developing comprehensive technology and intrinsic safety in 90s is indicated.
