早在70年代初,中国船舶工业总公司的前身第六机械工业部就已经着手设计与建造海洋石油平台。现在,中国船舶工业总公司已把海洋石油开发设备列为造船工业产品结构中的一个重要组成部分。 1.对以往工作的回顾为了加快海洋石油开发的步伐,加强统一领导,1982年国务院在批准成立中国海洋石油总公司的同时,批准第六机械工业部组建中国国际海洋石油工程公司。

This paper reviews the achievements obtained by the China State Shipbuilding Corporation in the development of offshore gas and oil. Besides, descriptions are also given to the construction, conversion and reaair of the mobile drilling platforms, the fabrication of offshore oil equipment, etc.
