黄鼬消化器官形态特征的研究

A Study on Morphologic Characteristics of Mustela Sibirica Digestive System

试验系统解剖、观察和测量了15只成年黄鼬(9♂、6♀)的消化器官。并将务器官的形态结构与水貂等一些小型肉食动物进行了比较。结果表明1)黄鼬身体细长而有弹性,犬齿锐利,四肢跳跃能力强是优良的捕鼠体型。2)胃贲门松弛宽大,易于呕吐。3)肠管总长度与体长之比低于水貂、猫和狗。4)肠道淋巴组织发达,消化道防御能力较强。5)消化腺发达尤其肝脏和胰脏相对重量大于水貂、猫和狗。肝分叶明显。胰的右叶形态特殊,阔而薄呈中空的椭园形。黄鼬消化系统务器官的形态结构特征进一步表明了典型肉食兽特点。

In this experiment the digestive systems of 15 Mustela sibiricas have been dissected, observed and measured and the morphological character -istics have been compared with those of other carnivoras like mustela vison schreber, cat, etc. The result comes as follows: 1 . The mustela sibirica has a long, thin and elastic body with sharP dentes and springy limbs. It is very suitable for rat -catching. 2 . Slack and wide cardia is apt for vomitting. 3 . The ratio of intestine canal length to body length is smaller than that of mustela vison schreber, cat. etc. 4 . IymPhoid tiesue of canal is well developed and the alimentary canal is strongly defensible. 5. Digestive gland is flourishing and the relative weight of its hepar and pancrea is greater than that of mustela vison schreber, cat, etc. The hePar has distinct leaves and the right leaf of the pancrea shows a shape of wide and thin ellipse which is empty inside.
