氨基酸对人外周淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换的影响

THE INCREASE IN FREQUENCY OF HUMAN LYMPHOCYTES SCE INDUCED BY AMINO ACIDS

本实验研究21种氨基酸对人外周淋巴细胞的姐妹染色单体交换率的影响。结果表明在RPMI 1640培养剂中加入每种氨基酸都可引起培养的人外周淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换频率的显著增加,其诱导效应可能是间接的。

The influence of 21 amino acids on the frequency of the sister—chromatid exchange (SCE) in human lymphocytes were investigated. Added any the amino acid to the culture medium would cause a remarkable increase of SCE frequency in human lymphocytes. It is suggested, that the excess amino acid may be an indirect factor for increasing the SCE frequency.
