胰腺疾病的HD,B超和CT对照研究

A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF HYPOTONIC DUODENOGRAPHY, ULTRASONOGRAPHY AND CT IN PANCREATIC DISEASES

作者对71例胰腺疾病患者同时采用HD,B超和CT3种诊断方法进行前瞻性研究。CT对胰腺疾病总体发现率和诊断正确率分别达97.2％和88.7％,明显高于HD和B超。对壶腹周围癌的鏊别诊断正确率,HD为72.1％,B超为74.4％,二者联用时达88.4％,与CT的结果(90.7％)相比其差异无显著性(P>0.05)。将3种检查结果综合分析,可使胰腺疾病总体发现率和诊断正确率提高到100％和94.3％。

The prospective studies were performed with hypotonic duodenography (HD), B-type ultrasonography(US) and CT to each of the 71 cases of pancreatic diseases. In the overall 71 cases, CT revealed that the population rate of abnormality discoveries was 97.2% and the correct diagnostic rate was 88.7%. CT was obviously superior to HD and US. For the periampullary carcinomas, the rate of correct differential diagnosis was 72.1% by HD, 74.4% by US, and 88.4% by combined use of the both, which was not significantly different from the result of 90.7% made by CT (P>0.05). When the results of the three methods were analysed synthetically, the rates of overall pancreatic abnormality discoveries and the correct diagnostic rate could be elevated to 100% and 94.3%.
