摘要
作者应用酶组织化学方法对家兔离体心肌自溶的早期改变进行了研究。自溶30~60min,PAS,PPr和分枝酶呈阴性;SDH,GDH,NADPHD,ATPase和CCO对自溶的抵抗力较强,240~480min,活性略有降低;MAO,ACP和ANAE活性在自溶480min时无明显变化。作者认为SDH,GDH,NADPHD,ATPasc和CCO可用于急性心肌缺血的早期诊断。
The enzyme—histochemical changes of autolytic rabbit myocardium were observed in vitro.PAS, PPr and branching enzyme were negative after 30 to 60 min autolysis. SDH, GDH, NADPHD, ATPase and CCO were more resistant to autolysis, and their activities did not reduced until 240~480 min. Significant changes of MAO, ACP and ANAE could not be recognized after 480 min of autolysis. It is considered that SDH, GDH, NADPHD, ATPase and CCO can be used for the early diagnosis of acute myocardium ischemia.
