摘要
以四苯硼酸-甲氰咪胍离子缔合物为活性材料,制成了甲氰咪胍 PVC 膜离子选择电极,对电极性能进行了较详细的研究,以邻苯二甲酸二丁醋作增塑剂,活性物含量为2.0%,其线性区间为1.10^(1-)-1.10^(-4)mol·L^(-1),平均斜率为52mv/PC,检测下限为1.7·10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)。pH 范围3.5~7.5.对甲氰咪胍样品测定的结果与药典法基本一致.
The Pvc membrane cimetiun seletive electrode made with ionassociation complex of cimetidinum-tertraphenyl-borate was studied.Using dibutyl phthalate as sol- vent,the membrane content of active meterial is 2.0%,the electrode show Nernstian rang from 10^(-1)mol·L^(-1) to 10^(-4)mol·L^(-1) with an average slope of 52 mv/PC and the limit of detection is 1.7·10^(-5)mol·L^(-1).The elctrode gives satisfactor seletivity and fast response. Potentiometic method shows an average recovery of 99.5% with a coefficient of variation of 0.37%.
