摘要
以陕两省秦川牛场秦川牛保种群1965—1990期间所有系谱记录、群体规模与结构等记录为材料,首次分析统计了秦川牛的年龄特异成活率和年龄特异繁殖率(指繁殖成活率),并以此为基础,创建了两个适宜于家畜世代重叠群体保种的数学模型。
Based on the analysis of age specific survaI rates and age specific reproductive rates of Qinchuan cattle, we introduced Leslie matrix plus an artificial control vector (age specific cullings) into the conservation study of domestic animals, developed a computer simulation model of conservation in populations with overlapping generations and produced the corresponding FORTRAN program. By the model developed, the effects of population age structure, population size, mating type, selection type, migration, mutation, population subdivision et al on the inbreeding, heterozygosity and gene lost probabilities in Qinchuan cattle conservation populations in 200 years were investigated.
