摘要
本文报告了由铜、铁微量元素与清热解毒、活血化瘀中草药组成的克癌7851对小鼠肝癌和肺癌抑制作用。对肝癌抑制率45.9%~73.5%,肺癌34.3%~35.9%。与对照组相比,荷瘤动物活存动态曲线明显抬高,癌细胞分裂指数下降,对照组33.4‰~39.8‰,给药组19.6‰~24.2‰,癌细胞DNA含量较少,对照组42.9~47.2 A.U.,给药组33.5~41.1 A.U.,组方图明显左移。
Anticancer 7851 consists of trace elements Cu, Fe and some drugs cleaning away heat and toxic material. BALB/c and C_(57)BL/6 mice bearing liver (H_(22)) and Lewis lung cancer, respectively, had been used to investigate the anticancer efficacy of Ac7851. The results showed: 1, At a dosage, 160mg/kg, the inhibitory rate of tumor was 45. 9%~54. 9% for liver cancer and 34. 3%~35. 9% for lung cancer. While at a dosage, 640mg/kg, the inhibitory rate of the liver cancer was 70. 9%~73. 5%. 2, The survival dynamic curve of the mice treated with Ac7851 was obviously higher than that of control. 3, The proliferation of cancer cells in mice treated with Ac7851 was inhibited, the mitotic index in Ac7851 group was 18. 6‰~24. 2‰, while that in control was 33. 3‰~39. 8‰. The DNA content of tumor cells was 33. 4~41. 1 A. U. in Ac7851 group and 43. 9~47. 2 A. U. in control. Histogram of DNA in Ac7851 group was shift to the left. It is suggested that to inhibit the proliferaition, even to kill the cancer cells, may be the important aspect of the mechanism of anticancer of action Ac7851.
