摘要
用超声波法或电动搅拌法分别进行磁性微铁粒子—四氧化三铁微粒的研制,并分别用准弹性光散乱法测定仪或显微镜进行其粒度大小等项测定。研究结果表明,用超声波法进行四氧化三铁化学生成反应,可以研制出供磁性药物微球研究中所需磁性四氧化三铁的粒度要求。此外,对四氧化三铁溶液的不同干燥方法,也是影响其粒度大小的另一主要因素。
Using the method of ultrasonic wave or the method of electric stirring, magnetic microsome of iron(Fe_3O_4) was prepared. Quasielastic light scattering method or the microscope was used to measure the particle size of Fe_3O_4, Results showed that the magnetic microsome of Fe_3O_4 that was made with chemical production reaction under the effect of ultrasonic wave, was of the particle size necessary for developing magnetic microsphere of drug. The way for drying the solution of Fe_3O_4 is another major factor influencing the particle size.
