摘要
本文对尿蛋白琼脂电泳法进行了改进,可以与LDH同二酶、脂蛋白同步电泳。该法能特尿蛋白区分为选择性蛋白尿(A、α_1、α_2、β)和非选择性蛋白尿(A、α_1、α_2、β、γ),且具有快速、敏感、分辨率强、重复性好等特点。本文同时报告了该法在肾脏病和正常人中的应用。
The experimental procedures of agarose gel electrophoresis for detecting urinary protein were improved, and the LDH isoenzymes and lipoproteins could be analysed simultaneously. With this technique, the urinary protein could be differendiated into selective protein (A, α_1, α_2, β,) type and non-selective protein (A, α_1, α_2, β, γ,) type, The sharp differentiation, time saving, higher sensitivity and better reproducibility of this technique were demonstrated. The clinical use in patients with renal diseases and normal subjects were reported.
