摘要
本文显示山茱萸总甙部分,体外抑制小鼠和人的混合淋巴细胞反应,抑制细胞毒性T细胞的诱导和增殖,抑制白细胞介素2受体表达,同时与环孢霉素A进行了比较。总甙部分对小鼠混合淋巴细胞反应的抑制效应,除剂量外,还与刺激和反应淋巴细胞来源小鼠种系有关,推测总甙部分影响主要组织相容性抗原。
Experimental results in this paper revealed that the total glucoside fraction from Cornus Officinalis could inhibit both mouse and human mixed lymphocyte reaction (MLR) and suppress cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) induction and proliferation, as well as the expression of high affinity interleukin 2 (IL-2) receptor. At same time the effect was compared with cyclosporine A (CsA). Experiments showed that in addition to its dose the suppressive effect of the total glucoside fraction on mouse MLR also correlated with the origins of reactor and stimulator lymphocytes. This implied that the suppressive effect related to major histocompatibility complex (MHC) antigen.
