摘要
应用Ender针治疗下肢长骨骨折57例,对应用Ender法遇到的问题,如膝前痛、关节活动部分受限、骨折成角畸形、骨窗劈裂及股骨髁上骨折等并发症产生的原因作了分析,对Ender法的适应症及预防并发症的方法进行了讨论。
A series of 57 cases of long bone fracture in lower limb treated with Ender's method of intramedullary nail is reported. The causes of some complications during or after Ender's procedure, such as: pain in the anterior part of the knee joint, partial restraint of the joint movement, angulation deformity of fracture, crack of the bone window, and supracondylar fracture of the femur were analysed. The indication of Ender's nailing and the preventive measures against its complications were discussed.
