摘要
本文应用超声心动图及心机械图测定了40例病态窦房结综合征患者的左室功能,及其中24例药物治疗前、后心功能变化。提示病窦患者CO,EF,PEP及PEP/LVET等有不同程度的损害,药物治疗可使病窦患者左心室功能明显改善。
The echocardiography and mechanocardiography were employed to study the cardiac function of 40 patients with sick sinus syndrome (SSS) and 24 of them were treated with medicine. Significant changes were observed in CO, EF, PEP, and PEP/LVET, and the function of LV were improved remarkably after treatment.
