摘要
3例植入性胎盘均合并前置胎盘,其中2例曾有过剖宫产史。本文对植入性胎盘的病因、诊断、严重后果、处理及预防进行了讨论。当植入性胎盘的产妇短时间内失血≥2000ml时,抢救产妇最有效的方法为子宫切除。
Three cases of placents accreta were reported. All the three cases were associated with either complete or partial placenta previa. Two of them had a history of cesarean section before.The possible etiological factors and the severe condition encountered were discussed. It was suggested that hysterectomy was the most effective procedure for rescuing the patient when blood loss was more than 2000ml. Prophylactic measures were also pointed out.
