摘要
本文研究比较了山茱萸总甙部分与环孢霉素 A 对凝集素反应的体外抑制效应;观察了外源白细胞介素2的拮抗作用。除效力差异外,无论是否有 IL-2存在,总甙部分与CsA 对 PHA、ConA、PWM 和 LPS 诱导反应的抑制是相似的,但发现两者对 TPA 刺激、IL-2推动的淋巴细胞增殖、PHA 或 PWM 与 TPA 联合刺激的反应以及活化淋巴细胞及 CTL细胞的增殖,出现明显差异。此外,两者对淋转、MLR 和 CTL 增殖有协同抑制作用。
In vitro suppressive effects of Cornus Officinalis clucoside fraction (COG) andcyclosporine A (CsA) on lectins-induced lymphocyte blast were studied and compared.Theantagonistic effect resistance of exogenous interleukin 2 (IL-2)on them was also observed.Exceptthe difference in potency,COG was similar to CsA,either with or without the presence of IL-2,in the suppression of PHA,ConA,PWM and LPS-induced mitogenic reactions.Whereas it wasfound that obvious differences appeared on TPA-induced and IL-2 drived lymphocyteproliferation,the combinant of PHA or PWM with TPA stimulated reactions,as well as on IL-2 drived activated lymphocyte,and CTL proliferation.COG could completely eliminate but CsAonly partially inhibited them.Moreover,experiments showed that the effect of COG could besynergic with CsA on suppressing lymphocyte transformation,MLR and CTL proliferation.
