磁性微铁粒子体内定位方法的研究

摘要 本文就磁性微铁粒子的定位性能及其定位方法进行了研究,用Sigma 438/MCS560电子计算机γ照相法观察磁性微铁粒子于家兔食管部位的分布与定位效果,以期为磁性药物微球的定向给药、提高疗效和减少抗肿瘤药物的毒作用打下良好基础。 Magnetic iron microsphere as drug carriers is a new pharmaceutical form under studies at home and abroad. It is of special importance in the respect of tumour treatmemt. An article entiled 'Studies of magnetic microsome of iron-the necessary material for the development of pharmaceutical magnetic microsphere', has been already reported by the author. This paper reported the orientational localization procedure and the method of targeting in the esophagus of rabbit. Sigma 438/MCS 560 computer γ-photograph was used. It may lay a good foundation for localized delivery of magnetic microsphere of drug, hence increasing its therapeutic effect and reducing its toxicity and side effect.
