Adecut对于31例高血压病患者的降压效果观察

EFFCT OF ADECUT ON BLOOD PRESSURE OF 31 PATIENTS WITH ESSENTIAL HYPERTENSION

本文观察了对31例高血压病患者使用Adecut的降压效果。有效率64.5％,疗效与剂量有关。治疗宜从30mg/日开始。用药一周后如降压不满意宜增量,剂量以不大于120mg/日为妥。本药降压平稳,70％的患者症状改善。

We observed the effectiveness of Adecut on blood presure in 31 patients with essential hypertension. The total effective rate was 64. 5%. The efficacy is related to the dosage admistered. Therapy should begin with a dosage of 30 mg/d, and the dosage can be increasd in the following week, if the effect is not satisfactory. But it is better to keep the dosage not more than 120mg/d. 70% of patients felt better than before.
