Acute renal failure (ARF) in infants has been the subject of numerous reviews. We summarized the clinical date of signs, laboratory tests, diagnosis, treatment and experience in 3 neonatal septicemia complicated with ARF, in order to provide some information for prevention and treatment update on of ARF that confront the pediatricians.
