摘要
用沉定法和水溶胶法制备得到了Fe_2o_3超微粒,讨论了生成物粒度与反应物浓度的关系.用扫描电镜对样品的形貌和粒度进行了测定.对样品进行了X射线衍射分析,讨论了样品的结晶情况.测量了样品的室温穆斯堡尔谱,对穆斯堡尔谱的变化进行了讨论.
The superfine Fe O particles were prepared with precipation method and colloid method . The relationshipof of partidle sixe and resctant conentrarion were indictred. The particle sixe and shape were determinated by SEM. The X-ray diffraction shhawed the crystalline state of samples . The Mossbauer spectraof of the samples were measured , the variation of the moss-bauer spectra were discussed.
