摘要 步行是人类最基本的运动。步行的姿态可分为不同的类型。步态分析即是检测人体行走时运动状态、受力状态等生物力学参量的一门技术。本文介绍了步态分析系统的研究意义、内容及系统的使用条件,介绍了近二十年来国内外所使用的各种测试手段及技术现状,分析了一些较为典型的、先进的设备,列举了步态分析系统在各领域的应用情况,预测了此项技术的发展动向。 Walking is perhaps the most fundamental of all human movements. Human gait can reveal information about the structure and function of the lower limbs and even the whole body, therefore, gait analysis is a useful tool in the field of therapy, rehabilitation and sports, ect. Human gait analysis systems developed in the last two decades are presented, with discussion of their various advantages, disadvantages, measurement parameters and applications. Developing trend of this techniques is also noted.
