摘要
以 RIA 法同步测定了30例发病1周内的急性脑梗塞患者和30例正常人的血浆 ANP、AT-Ⅱ、TXB_2和6-酮-PGF_(1α)含量,发现急性脑梗塞患者的血浆 ANP、TXB_2含量增高。6-酮-PGP_(1α)含量降低,AT-Ⅱ含量无明显变化,ANP/AT-Ⅱ和TXB_2/6-酮-PGF_(1α)比值均增大。提示 ANP 与 AT-Ⅱ、TXA_2与 PGI_2平衡失调和急性脑梗塞患者的急性脑血循环障碍有关。并发现脑梗塞组血浆 ANP 与 TXB_2含量呈显著正相关,认为可能与 TXA_2收缩血管引起的血流动力学变化影响 ANP 的分泌有关。
The blood plasma contents of ANP,AT-Ⅱ,TXB_2 and 6-Keto-PGF_(1α) were determined simultaneously by RIA method in 30 cases of aetue cerebral infarction with- in one week after onset of disease and in 30 cases of healthy adults.It was found that the patients' ANP and TXB_2 increased;6-Keto-PGF_(1α) decreased;AT-Ⅱ had no obvious ehange;the ratios of ANP/6-Keto-PGF_(1α) were all increased.The fact pointed out that the imbalance of ANP and AT-Ⅱ,TXA2 and PGI_2 has something to do with the acute cerebral blood vessel occlusion,It is also found that the plasma ANP and TXB_2 contents of the cerebral infarction group show obvious positive correla- tion. The secretion of ANP may be influenced by the hemodynamic changes caused by the vessel constricting effect of TXA_2.
