摘要
感染与多系统器官功能衰竭(MSOF)密切相关。本实验采用 SD 大鼠盲肠结扎穿孔(CLP)感染性休克模型,观察了心、肝、肺、肾组织氧自由基及超微结构的变化,结果显示血浆及各组织匀浆丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与组织的超微结构均有显著的改变,且具有明显的相关性和一致性,超微结构示各组织细胞线粒体空泡变性,肝胞浆脂肪滴沉积,心肌原纤维空泡形成,肺泡Ⅱ型细胞板层小体空虚。提示严重感染时氧自由基介导的脂质过氧化损伤在多器官功能衰竭(MSOF)中起着重要作用。
In this study,we observed the relationship between the lipid peroxidation and ultrastructure changes of the heart,liver,lungs and kidneys in models of cecal liga- tion and perferation (CLP) in rats.Thirty two Sprague- Dawley rats was evenly divided into four groups,CLP- 24-hour group,CLP-48-hour group,CLP-72-hour group and normal group.The results showed that the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in each tissue and serum in CLP-model groups compared with normal group increased remarkably (P<0.05~0.01),and accord- ingly the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) were significantly decreased (P<0.05~0.01).There were also obvious ultrastructure changes in each tissue in CLP- model groups.Vacular degeneration or breakage oc- coured in mitrochondria of all observed tissue parenchy- ma cells,adipose degeneration in liver cells,vacuole for- mation in part of heart muscle fribril,and the contentsof multilamelar bodies in type Ⅱ endothelial cells of lung vacuole decreased greatly or even disappeared thorough- ly.The experimental results reveal the coincidence be- tween the damage induced by oxygen-derived free radi- cals and the tissue ultrastructure changes.It is concluded that the lipid peroxidation plays and important role in multiple system organ failure caused by severs sepsis.
