孟氏液口服或经内镜喷洒治疗上消化道大出血134例报告

Oral oendoscopic administration of Monsells solution in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding:Report of 134 cases

上消化道大出血是起病急、病情重的常见急症,孟氏液不仅经内镜喷洒治疗效果肯定,一年来,口服孟氏液止血的研究也取得了良好效果,改变了“孟氏液不能口服”的概念。本文总结5%、10%孟氏液口服或经内镜喷洒止血134例,有效率达86.5%,其中口服5%、10%孟氏液38例,有效率分别为77.3%、87.5%,尤其在院前急救中,迅速口服,方法简便,疗效显著。

5% or 10% Monsells solution was administered per os or through endoscope(spray)to stop massive gastroin- testinal bleeding in 134 patients with satisfied results(ef- fective rate:86.5%).Among the 134 cases,38 were given 5% or 10% Monsells solution per os with an ef- fective rate of 77.3% and 87.5% respectively.Oral ad- ministration of Monsells solution is simple,convenient and effective;it is particularly advisable in the pre-hospi- tal emergency treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleed- ing.
