功能性大脑半球切除术治疗伴有偏瘫的顽固性癫痫(附3例报告)

Functional hemispherectomy for treatment of epilepsy associated with hemiplepia (A report of 3 cases)

报告3例功能性大脑半球切除治疗伴偏瘫的癫痫病人,男2例,女1例,年龄分别为8、9和12岁。左侧半球切除2例,右侧1例。控制癫痫效果优良,2例癫痫发作消失,1例仅偶尔1次失神样发作。该手术是一有效手术,将会避免晚期并发症的发生。

Functional hemispherectomy for treatment of epilepsy associated with hemiplegia in three patients were reported. 2 were male and Ⅰ female. Their ages were 8,9, 12years respectively. Right temispherectomy had two patients and left one patients. Two patients are Seizure free, one patient had been a very brief simulated absence attack. Functionl hemispherectomy is an effective procedure. It will be to av(?)id late complications(cerebral hemosiderosis).
