静注三磷酸腺苷治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的临床疗效观察及电生理研究

快速静注三磷酸腺苷治疗16例阵发性室上性心动过速18次发作均被终止,其中13例出现副作用,但都在20秒内消失,不需治疗。心动过速的终止可能是由于三磷酸腺苷直接作用于钙通道,阻断折返途径。三磷酸腺苷是终止阵发性室上性心动过速的理想药物。

Intravenous adensine triphosphate rapidly terminated all 18 episodes of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in 16 patients.13 patients had side effects but these resolved with in 20 seconds and did not require treatment.Termination of the tachycardia was directly related to a block in the calcium pathway in the patients' A-V nldal reentry.Adenosine triphosphate is a suitable agent for the rapid termination of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia.
