原发性脑干损伤的诊断与救治(附21例临床分析)

本文报告21例原发性脑干损伤病例,占同期重型颅脑损伤的12.7％,死亡率为42.9％。文中对CT扫描、腰椎穿刺及脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)在原发性和继发性脑干损伤鉴别诊断中的价值以及治疗措施进行了讨论。

21 cases of primary brain-stem damage are reported.The number of the cases accounted for 12.7% of the total number of sevre head injury in the same period.Nine cases died and the mortality rate was 42.9%.The value of computer tomography (CT),limbar puncture and brain-stem auditory evoked potential (BAEP)in the differential diagnosis of primary and secondary brain-stem damage,and their treatments are discussed.
