摘要
本文对14例扣带回前部破坏术13次杏仁核破坏术治疗精神分裂症效果分析,发现两者治疗作用广泛且相似,均对激活性因子组疗效显著。经术后1～5年观察,单靶点手术疗效不比多靶点手术差。作者提出,一般情况下应优先选用单靶点手术。
The paper analyse 14 cases anterior cingulectomy and 13 cases amygdalotomy in treating schizophrenia. The therapeutic effect of cingulectomy and amygdalotomy was similar. There were significant effect for ACTV factor group of the patients after both operations. Followed up 1-5 years postoperatively, the therapeutic effect of monotarget was similar to multiple target. The author thinks that monotarget be chosen first.
