立体定向手术对精神病患者脑波的影响(41例分析)

The influence of stereotactic operation on the electroencephologram in psychiatics

通过41例精神病患者接受立体定向手术,观察患者术前,后脑电图改变。认为立体定向手术对脑电图有明显影响,术后半月异常率很高,少数恢复正常。而内囊前肢行毁损术对EEG影响很少。

Author study the diffrence of pre-and post operation electroencephologram in 41 cases of psychotics treated by stereotactic operation. It is considered that the stereotactic operation have remarkable influence on the electroencephologram. After one month of the operation, most ofthe pateints EEG are abnormal. Only a few one recover. Anterior capsuletomy has less influence on EEG.
