直带式输送机无阻塞同步卸料理论

摘要 本文解决了以下几个问题: 从物料颗粒群在无滑动直带区沿厚度的真实速度分布出发,导出了物料群在弧带区入口处若不立即抛离则必立即发生相对滑动的结论;指出了倾斜输送带在弧带入口处产生物料堵塞的原因和防止堵塞、提高运输量的径;给出了弧带区各层物料的运动规律;导出了物料群在弧带区相邻各层压力之间的递推公式,从而发现了物料群的同步卸料特征。 The following problems are solved in this paper:A conclusion that a relative slide will immediately take place,if stock mass is not quickly thrown away when stock particle mass moving at the entrance of the arc region of belt from the straight one without sliding is deduced;The cause of stock choking at the entrance of the arc region on the slanting conveying belt and the approach of preventing choke and increasing transporting capacity are pointed out; The motion regularity of stock layers in the arc region is found out ; The successive formula of pressures between neigbouring layers of stock mass in the arc region is deduced and charateristics of synchrony- unloading of stock mass are discovered.
