摘要
应用自然界广泛存在的天然冷源,辅以机械通风,采用隔热、防热、控温技术措施、程序化管理和应用微机预测粮温和优化储粮方案,得出隔热低温仓T_(粮均)=16.4℃,通风低温仓T_(粮均)=18.4℃,有效地延缓粮食陈化,保持储粮品质和新鲜度。并对隔热低温仓、通风低温仓的效果、效益作了分析与评价。
Making use of natural cold resources existing everywhere, with the help of mechanical ventilation, taking technical measures of heat insulation, heat preventing, and temperature controlling, carrying out programming management, using minicomputer to premeasure the temperature of the grain and optimizing the storage method, the authors of the paper manage to make the average temperature of bins by heat insulation being 16. 4℃ and that of bins by ventilation being 18. 4℃ , thus effectively prolong the aging of grain, preserve the quality and maintain the freshness of the grain. The effect and benefit of low temperature bins by insulation and ventilation are also analyzed and evaluated.
