摘要
以精白米糠(高蛋白米粉)为原料,以酶催化分解,浓缩高蛋白米粉和碳水化合物馏分,使原来作为饲料的精白糠经过深加工,成为营养工程食品,大大提高其利用价值和经济效益,并能综合提高加工高精度大米的转化率。
The authors, using fine rice bran as raw material and enzyme to catalyze the breaking up process, concentrate the fraction of high protein rice flour and carbohydrates, make further proccess-ing of white fine rice bran and turn it into nutritive engineerng food. In this way its utilization value and economic benefit is greatly increased and the coversion ratio in processing of well polished rice is comprehensively raised.
