面粉气力压运系统各项压损的数学模型及其实验验证 被引量:13

摘要 本文对管径D=0.12米,重量输送浓度4.2≤m≤6.7情况下的两相流各项压损以及总压损进行了全面系统的研究,根据颗粒群运动微分方程以及功能原理建立起两相流加速压损的理论计算模型;通过实验,首次找到了加速压损修正系数α与理论加速压损之间的函数关系,取得了理论计算值与实测值相符合的结果。 This Paper makes a total and systematic research into various pressure losses and total pressure loss in two -phase flow under the condition of pipe diameter D=0. 12m and weightconcen-tration ratio 4. 2≤m≤6. 7. Based on the differential equation of granular masses movement and the work-energy principle, the authors established a theoretical calculation model of acceleration pressure loss in two-phase flow. Through experimentation, the authors have found the fuctional relationship between the acceleration pressure loss correction coefficient a and the theoretical acceleration pressure loss at the first time, and obtained the result that the theoretical calculation values are generally coincident with the testing values.
