鸭肝微粒体酶代谢活化作用的观察

摘要 本文对1月龄麻鸭经过黄曲霉毒素诱导后在1月、1年及3年观察其肝微粒体酶(S9)的代谢活性并与各相应对照组进行比较。提示1月、1年及3年龄鸭肝S^6均有代谢活化前致癌物—黄曲霉毒素B^1的效能。经过AFB_1诱导后S_9活性比对照组高。但诱导后的第三年增加的活性已不复存在。也见到雏鸭S_9活性明显高于成年鸭。AFB_1诱导的雏鸭S_9代谢AFB_1的活性与经多氯联苯诱导的大鼠肝S_9无显著差别,但其代谢2氨基芴的活性却远高于后者。试验结果提示鸭肝S_9无论是否经过药物诱导皆有良好代谢活性可作为体外短期检测诱变剂活化体系的酶来源。 After induced by AFB1 the activity of liver microsomal enzymes in duck has been studied and has been compared with the control groups respectively.It is shown that the liver S9 of them all possesses the effectivity to metabolize the precarcinogen-AFB1. The activity of liver S9 in duck induced by AFB1 is higher than its control group.But in the third year after induction the adding activity induced by AFB1 has disappeared. By the way the activity of liver S9 in baby duck is higher than elder duck significantly. The activity of liver S9 in baby duck induced by AFB1 is not significantly different with that in rat induced by Aroclor 1254. But the activity of the former is higher than the latter. These results show that the liver S9 in duck possesses sufficient metabolic activity .The liver S9 of duck either induced or not by chemicals is a good source of activating metabolic system for short-term bioassays.
