摘要
利用极谱测定的方法研究了镉在三级实验食物链(从褐指藻Phaeodactylcm tricornutum Bohlin经中国对虾Penaeus orientalis Kishinouye到欧氏六线鱼Hexagrammos otakii Jordan et Starks)中的传递,并对积累镉的中国对虾和欧氏六线鱼肌肉和肉脏灰样进行了紫露草微核(Trad-MCN)的测定。结果表明,镉的浓度在从褐指藻经中国对虾得欧氏六线鱼的传递中依次减少。在本实验条件下,镉从褐指藻到中国对虾的传递比例为66.6%,从中国对虾到欧氏六线鱼的传递比例为29.9%。通过t测验发现,处理组对虾内脏与肌肉灰样之间的诱变性差异显著(P<0.01),处理组与对照组对虾内脏灰样之间的诱变性差异亦显著(P<0.01)。
Flux of cadmium through a 3-trophic level experimental marine food chain (from the phytoplankton Phaeodactylum tricornutum Bohlin to the prawn Penaeus orientalis Kishinouye, and to the fish Hexagrammos otakii Jordanet Starks) was investigated using polarography analyses, and genotoxicity of ashed part of cadmium contaminated prawns and fish was tested by a Trad-MCN test. It was noticed that cadmium concen-trations decreased from P. tricornutum to P. orientalis, and from P. orientalis to H. otakii. Transfer coefficient of cadmium in the first flux was 66.6% and in the second 29.9%. By using t test, mutagenicity of ashed internal organs of experimental prawns was significantly higher from that of ashed muscles, and from that of ashed internal organs of controls(p<0.01).
