γ线和雌性激素诱发小鼠骨髓细胞微核

摘要 雌性激素加γ线联合诱发了小鼠骨髓多色性红细胞微核细胞,EP加重微核细胞的产生(EP加γ线2.0Gy组微核率比单纯γ线2.0Gy照射的高,P<0.05),这可部分地解释为EP加重γ线诱发动物肿瘤的致癌作用。γ线诱发微核细胞率呈线性剂量-效应关系,y=6.41+7. Micronuclei in polychromatic erythrocytes of mouse bone marrow have been induced by estradiol valerate(E) and hydroxyprogesterone caproate(P) combined with gamma-ray. EP enhanced the production of micronuclear cells (micronucleus frequency in group of EP combined with dose of 2 Gy of gamma-ray being obviously higher than that in dose of 2 Gy of gamma-ray irradiation alone). There is a linear relationship between micronucleus frequency and dose of gamma-ray. The formula is y = 6.41 +7.09X. The results can be partly used to explain the reason why carcinogenesis of gamma-ray in producing animal tumours being enhanced by EP.
