An antioxidative fraction was extracted from Chinesegreen tea.The major compounds in this fraction have beenidentified as epicatechins {(-)-Epigallocatechin gallate,techin}.In an in vitro study,a significant inhibitoryeffect of epicatechin compounds on transformation wasobserved in BALB/3T3 cells initiated with 3-methylcholan-threne and then promoted by TPA.in animal experiment,
