摘要
Tripterygium hypoglaucum (Level.) Hutch (THH) is aChinese herb which block mitosis and inhibit germinalcell developing in human and rat.The experimentemployed a test system in which mouse spermatocyteswere analyzed for the aneuploid induction after micewere treated by THH (crude water-extracts).
