摘要
The level of DNA methylation in carcinogen treat-ed cells were determined by HpaII restriction frag-ment length analysis of the newly replicated DNAslabelled with H-TdR 24 hr prior to harvesting aswell as by direct HPLC measurement of the 5-methyl-cytosine(~mC)contents of the cellular DNAs.
