调节PH使硫甙降解定向进行的菜籽饼脱毒工艺技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究采用调节菜籽饼的PH,使硫甙降解朝着不产生腈的方向进行的工艺,经过小试和中试,ITC与OZT的脱除率分别达到94.53%和93.34%,腈未检出。通过动物饲喂,猪和鸡未发现甲状腺肿大、肝脏肿大等特有反应;与同等蛋白水平的黄豆饼试猪相比,增重、饲料报酬、屠宰率等差异不显著;以智利鱼粉为对照,脱毒饼对产鸡蛋生产性能无不良影响,可替代部分进口鱼粉。该工艺技术对菜籽饼毒素的脱除效果好,工艺可靠,技术先进。 The paper discussed the technology which glucosinotates of rapeseed meal were not hy-drolizcd nitrils by adjusting pH. The results of small-scale and middle-scale experiments showed that the degrading rates of ITC and OZT were 94. 53% and 93. 34%respectively ,and nitrils were below detection level. The animal experiments indicated that feeding with detoxic rapeseed meal did not cause the thyroid and liver enlargement of pig and chicken. Body weight gain, feed conversion ratio and carcass rate of pigs were not markedly different with feeding on the basis of soybean meal (Dietcp was e-qual). Feeding detoxic rapeseed meal of laying hen had not negetive effect on production compared with feeding on the basis of fishmeal, and partial import fishmeal could be replaced. The results showed that detoxic effect of the technology was well, the technology was raliable and the technique was advanced.
