温度和湿度对嗜卷书虱生长发育的影响 被引量:10

摘要 本文介绍了室内不同温度和湿度组合对嗜卷书虱(Liposcelis bostrychophilusBakonnel)生长发育的影响。温度条件:25℃、30℃、35℃、38℃,湿度条件:32%RH、53%RH、76%RH、88%RH。方差分析的结果表明,各种温度和湿度组合条件下,嗜卷书虱生活周期差异极显著(P<0.01)。本研究中,嗜卷书虱的发育最适条件为35℃±1℃,88%±2%RH,此时完成一个世代约为22天。它的正常发育最高极限温度为38℃±1℃。在32%±2%RH时,它不能存活。通过对该虫生长发育的观察,发现它是营孤雌生殖,没有发现雄虫。嗜卷书虱发育期短和营孤雌生殖的特性,显然是它难以防治的原因之一。 This paper in troduced the development of Lipsscelis bostrychophilus Badonnel influ enced by the different of temperature and humidity in the iabortory, the temperature were 25℃ , 30C, 35℃,38℃,the relative humidity wee 32%RH, 53%RH,76%RH,88%RH. The results was as follow : Under the influence of the different condition on the temperature and the relative humidity, the life cycle of L. boslrychophilus was very difference(P<0. 01). The optimal condition on the growth and the development of L. bostrychophilus was 35℃±1℃ .88%RH±2%RH,in this condition,a gen eration of the development was about 22 daies. On the normal development of . bostrychophilus38℃ ± 1℃ was the highest limit,as the 38℃ the female adult cars not ovipost. It can not ve in 32%RH± 2%RH. It was proved that this species was parthenogenesis. The male adult was not discovered. The major reason that why it is difficulty to control was discussed as well.
