油脂浸出过程中溶剂对料层渗透的研究 被引量:1

THE RESEARCH OF SOLVENT PENETRATING THE OILY MATERIAL IN PROCESS OF THE SOLVENT EXTRACTION

摘要 本文以理论和试验结合的形式,描述油脂浸出过程中溶剂或混合油在料层中的渗透过程;讨论溶剂渗透对浸出速率和浸出级数的影响;提出了使溶剂在料层中强制渗透的技术;阐述高、中含油植物油料直接浸出的可能性。 This paper described the solvent or miscella penetrates the oily material in process of the solvent extraction theoratically and practically. It influenced the extraction rate and stages. Simultaneously, the forced penetration techniquo was mentioned. It also discussed the possibility of high and medium oil containing seeds by direct solvent extraction.
