摘要
本文对水洗脱皮芝麻仁加工技术进行研究。介绍了湿法生产芝麻仁的加工原理、工艺路线、原料选择以及关键工序的操作和设备的配置。
The paper studied technology of de-hull sesame kernal by washing with water and introduced processing principle, choice of raw materials, operation of key processing and facility of producing sesame kernal with wet method.
