摘要 本文叙述了建立准惯性天球参考架应满足的条件,列举了几种地面观测能否满足这些条件的情况。介绍了利用配备CCD探测器的低纬子午环直接测定恒星绝对自行和岁差常数改正的方法,分析了用这种仪器的观测资料建立一个高精度天球参考架的可能性,并将它与空间技术作了比较。 The conditions required to construct, a quasi-inertial celestial reference frame are discussed, and several cases, in which if the ground-based observation can satisfy, arc enumerated. The precessional constants and absolute proper motion of a star could be directly obtained by the observation of LLMC with a CCD. The possibility is analysed to establish a high accurate celestial sphere frame using the observational data of the instrument, at last, the method is compared with those of space observation.
