摘要 根据对50个成人头颅标本的观测,作者提出取外眦上方20mm之点与外耳门中点上方35mm之点的连线作为功能性神经外科手术中CT扫描基线,并以此线为准,冰冻,5例标本作模拟CT扫描的连续切片,结果每例都获得一片包括AC、PC在内的水平切片,此法符合实际而且简单易行。 Based on the observations and the measurem1ents of 50 specimens of adult heads the authors propose a new ideal baseline for CT scanning of human brains. It is a line connecting the following two points: one lies at 20mm above the lateral canthus,and the other at 35mm above the midpoint of the 2 external acoustic orifices. Furthermore, 5 frozen heads are sawn serially into 5mm horizontal sections respectively, the sectional planes are kept parallel to the suggested baseline in imitating the CT scanning. Without exception, there will be one section which includes AC and PC in every specimen.Thus, the result confirms the authors suggestion is feasible and practical for stereotactic neurosurgery.
