三脑室宽度和内囊位置的关系

The relation between the width of 3rd ventrical of cerebrum and the position of internal capsule

作者在进行立体定向丘脑损毁术中,应用Leksell定向仪和探查电极测量了内囊内侧边界距三脑室中线的距离,发现三脑室宽度和内囊边界的位置呈正相关性。三脑室宽度正常组,内囊内侧边界距中线为15～19mm,平均值17.57mm,三脑室增宽组为19.5～22.5mm,平均值20.88mm。

The authors measured the distance to the periphery of internal capsule from the midline of the third ventricle with Leksell stereotactic instrument and researching electrode during stereotactic thalamotomy and found that the position of the internal border of the internal capsule depend on the width of third ventricle.The distance to the internal capsular border ranges 15-19 mm, mean 17.57 mm, front the midline of the third ventricle for patients with normal width of third ventricle,and 19.5-22.5 mm lateral to midline for patients with wide width of third ventricle.
