摘要
通过对进入"U"型管换热器的气体建立数学模型,计算换热器隔板受力情况,总结损坏换热器的各种因素,避免换热器挡板受力超负荷,保证装置的安全稳定运行。
By establishing a mathematical model for the gas flowing into ＂U-tube＂ heat-exchanger,the force acted on the exchanger bulkhead is calculated and the various factors causing the damages to the exchanger are summarized to avoid an overloaded force from acting on the bulkhead and to ensure a safe and stable running.
