摘要
针对国内尿素装置刮料机刮臂尿素结疤形成驼峰的问题,研究开发出具有自主知识产权的一种新型堆积粉料与斜面不锈钢罩体剥离的超声波装置,在年产76万吨尿素装置刮料机刮臂上成功应用,标志着这一行业难题彻底被攻破,这项创新技术填补了国内空白,并已申报国家专利。
Aiming at the hump formation on scraper arm due to urea scarring in domestic urea plant an ultrasonic device of new-type having an autonomous and independent IPR is developed and capable of peeling accumulated powders off from a bevel S.S casing;the successful application of this device to a scraper arm in a urea plant of 760,000 t/a has indicated that this difficult problem in the industry is thoroughly broken through and this innovative technique has filled the gap in the country and the national patent of this technique is declared.
