摘要
分析引风机在运行中的常见故障,具体有振动大、轴承温度高、旋转失速与喘振、严重时还会发生叶片飞出和烧坏轴承等事故。针对此类故障现象进行原因分析,结合实际经验提出了针对性的改进意见及防范措施。
With the common failures characterized of big vibration,high bearing temperatures,rotating stall and surge and even more serious ones of blade flying out or burned bearing during the running of induced draft fan the causes for such failures are analyzed and the targeted improvement and preventive measures suggested in combination with practical experience.
